I agree with most of the above (not sure how the Doctor is a sociopath..)

But the idea of Mary Poppins being a Time Lord, awesommee~!

I don’t even watch this show but I love this idea.

Pardon, but I’d like to propose that Mary Poppins is actually Moffat in drag, and is not, in fact, a Time Lord.  He’s the ultimate troll.  It makes sense.  And he NEVER explains anything, ever, at all, to anyone, ever. Nope. No explaining.
